This is the ideal trip to get into the life of Gaudí as a person and genius, and appreciate the perfect fusion between the classical and modern architecture of the city.
At the end of the Tour we guarantee that you will get off your Segway as new GAUDI’S Lovers !!
Our Segway Tour to the Catalan Modernism will begin from our office, located in Barcelona’s heart just next to Las Ramblas.
After meeting your guide and learning how to drive the Segway, we’ll begin the route discovering the Columbus monument, the Port Vell and the Barcelona’s Face (the most expensive monument owned by the city at the end of the Olympic Games of 92’).
From there, we’ll take the direction of the Ciutadella Park and Arc de Triomf, projected and realized for the World’s Fair of 1888 organized by Barcelona.
Into the park, we’ll be able yet to see some of Gaudi’s Works when he was young.
And yes!; now, we’ll enter to l’Eixample, the most populated area of Barcelona, to go through the Passeig de Gràcia plenty of luxury shops where are located two important works of the Catalan architect; La Casa Batlló and La Casa Milà.
Here we’ll observe the Casa Batlló natural forms and the “trencadís” famous technique.
Not too far from Casa Batlló, we’ll discover La Casa Milà, where Antoni Gaudí left a jewel of the modernist architecture, known by Barcelona citizen people as “La Pedrera” because of its stone facade.
Finally, and of course no less important, we’ll show you the most international Gaudi’s work and icon of the city of Barcelona, the Expiatory Temple of La Sagrada Familia.
Emblem of Barcelona and of Catalonia, the Sagrada Familia is the last big dream of Antoni Gaudí.
Cruise around on a Segway No better way to explore the old city and get a history lesson. The weather wasn’t pleasant, however it was worth it! And Barcelona has green parrots everywhere! Bonus!!!! Advice: Refrain from taking selfies with others as the segways may touch each others wheels and boom crash, lol.

Great experience - highly recommended My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 hour "Classic" Segway tour of Barcelona which we took on our first evening as an intro to the City. If you have never been on Segway before, I would recommend Sun & Segway as their instructions were good and they have an open pedestrian area just round the corner from their premises where you can practice safety before venturing out. 2 hours Barcelona Segway tour Our first Segwa trip at all was a really great and pleasant experience. After a short introduction how to use a Segway Sara, guided us for 2 hours perfectly across a part of this wonderful city and provided a lot of very interesting information. It was a highlight during our stay in Barcelona!
Best experience and excellent way to see Barcelona This was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona. It was our first time on a segway but they are easy to use and we had so much fun. Our guide Oscar was brilliant and such a laugh. Would highly recommend this to anybody. Only downside was 2 hours just wasn't long enough for us :-) Thank you for making our trip memorable. Elaine & Rob.
