They let you practice first and you become very comfortable very quickly with using it. We had a girl guiding us who has red hair. I am so sorry that I can't pronounce your name. She is very friendly and very easy to talk to. We all really enjoyed the tour. You get to see the column, the marina, the old walls of Barca, the Arc de Triomphe, Gaudi's fountain, the big Elephant, El Born. We have another day in Barca today to see the big attractions. I'm glad I got to see the ones listed above as, it is my third visit to Barca and had not seen many of the those sites. I suppose I would call it, less well known Barca. A top tip, in winter months, make sure you wear warm clothes and GLOVES!!!!

We were visiting Barcelona for two days with our teenage kids
and had a crammed itinerary. This tour whilst short and sweet, and... read more a welcome break to usual the walking tours we’d experienced.

Two of our group were proficient riders whilst 2 were a little unsure Our guide was extremely patient and helped them in the riding skills. By the end of the tour everyone was confident in their abilities.
Arnault our guide, also gave an informative tour of the park.

This tour is bookable using the Go City pass, we arranged it via email directly with the Segway company and the communication was swift.

We’d definitely do a Segway tour again.

We started with safety instructions and training on how to get used to the Segway and stay calm and safe... read more in any situation on the road. It was very simple and clear explained. We got stored our bags with souvenirs so one can come with belongings and keep it safe during the tour. Our guide took a very good care of us during the tour, backed up when needed and provided physical help and good mood, so no one could feel put aside as we all worked as a team. We made a lot of stop points to take pictures and hear about the history of the places we visited. We got raincoats and water during the trip. So no need to bring it with you in case of rain. It is a good exciting entertainment which saves you a couple of steps during the day as you skip going up the hills and miles by feet during that tour. Recommended!

We are super glad we showed up, because it was a fun and enjoyable ride through the park and all around the local area. Its easy to ride and the guide we had was extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour for some fun and education

  I can't recommend this place highly enough. We were 6 40something girls who quite honestly just fancied a go on a Segway. We popped in and booked the... read more tour a day before which was quick and easy and the lady who served us (sorry, we didn't get their names!) was helpful, and spoke English very well. We booked the shortest tour as we thought that'd be long enough but I would recommend the longer tours if you have the time. As we were first timers on a Segway the lady who took our tour met us around the corner and gave us some training. She was extremely patient and helpful and we soon got the hang of it.....it did take around 30 mins of our 1 hour session so bear that in mind when booking. The guide was patient, very helpful when crossing the roads etc and just altogether brilliant. We took in some sights and the Segways made it so much fun to get around. The 2 ladies that we dealt with were so helpful.....we had a problem with our bags that day as it was our last day and had to be out of our apartment and the ladies help us sort it all out with no drama at all and we can't thank them enough for everything. Good fun, excellent customer service and if we're in Barcelona again we'll be back there in a flash!

Barcelona Sun & Segway was easy to work with over email to establish the tour and took to heart that we were experienced riders. They made great recommendations on routes and when the day came they were ready for us in advance. Our guide had many years of experience and we could tell that he truly loved his adopted city, Barcelona. He was easy to understand and engaging. Since we had already seen some of the city he quickly adapted to what we had already seen and our tour still felt seamless. While at there offices I spoke with several employees and all were engaging and welcoming. Great company to work with.

Also, we had some problems of our own with timings of the tour, but the tour organisers were extremely helpful in shifting our schedule in the few days before, to be able to fit us in.
