Then we found this 3 hour Segway tour. ... read more It does not include admission to any of the sites, but you will see everything there is to see on Montjuic, Afterwards you can decide if you want to go back to visit the caste, the stadium, or any of the other sites. These are small group tours concerned with your safety as well as your enjoyment. We were fortunate to be the only two on the 10:00 am tour. Oscar, our guide, was outstanding. We saw everything, from the sites to the extraordinary views of the city, without all the walking. Oscar stopped at various points to take photos of us, too. We highly recommend this tour.

We are super glad we showed up, because it was a fun and enjoyable ride through the park and all around the local area. Its easy to ride and the guide we had was extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour for some fun and education

  It was my nieces' first time using a Segway. I had used one years ago. It didn't take long to become very comfortable using the Segway and, with your guide,... read more you feel very safe. Barca feels safe zooming around. The girls really enjoyed the tour. Our guide Naxos was friendly and polite. We saw the column, marina, the old walls of the city, El Born, the arc de triomphe, Gaudi's fountain and the big elephant. The tour takes about 2hours and it gives you a basic understanding of the layout of the city. My advice is, wear something warm in Winter and DEFINITELY wear gloves as it becomes cold when you are standing in the same spot.

Note to families though - We booked with Sun & Segway through Viator as the minimum age was... read more 12. However the legal age for segwaying has changed and there is a little confusion as to if the new minimum legal age is 14 or 16, either way we booked for ourselves and three kids of 15, 12 & 12. Since they were now too young our route was changed to keep under the radar. Bear that in mind if you are booking for under 16s, that being said - WE HAD A GREAT TIME
